- 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy
REX ART INTERIOR offers a 7-day no-reason return policy.
If you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of receiving it, you can submit a return request. Even if the product has been opened, it can still be returned as long as it is unused, undamaged, and does not affect resale. Please contact our customer service team before returning the product. Products returned without confirmation may not be processed promptly.
- Return Conditions
Products meeting the following conditions can be returned:
The request is submitted within the specified 7-day return period;
The product and accessories are intact;
The curtains have not been cut, altered, or customized;
The product is not damaged by human error or in a way that affects resale.
The following situations may not be eligible for no-reason returns:
Curtains customized to the customer’s specific size, color, or requirements;
Goods that are visibly used, damaged, or affect resale;
Goods damaged due to customer reasons.
- Return Process
Contact REX ART INTERIOR customer service, providing the order number and reason for return;
After confirming the return request, customer service will provide a detailed return address;
Send the goods back according to the information provided by customer service;
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund. - Return Address

- Refund Instructions
After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund within the specified time;
The refund will be returned using the original payment method; The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment institution.
- Interior Design Service Return Policy
For interior design consultations and design services:
If the service has not yet started, you can contact customer service to apply for cancellation and a refund;
If the design work has already begun, it will be assessed based on the actual completion status;
Completed design services may not be eligible for a full refund.
